I can't describe the feeling after a run. The feeling of accomplishment, knowing I gave it my all, knowing I ran through the pain. It's a runners high you have to experience to understand. 💥 I train with a altitude mask from @trainingmask and my functional gear from @venum . My lungs still ain’t functioning as it should be but with the mask I’m building progress and as I monitor my heart beat and always try to make progress with running at Km/Min to get to my goals to run the @brusselsmarathon to support @sobelgium 🥰

Even in Ibiza I try to persue higher goals and achieve new things by exploring new places. This is a shot of yesterday when hiking on and off the trail because sometimes I like to deviate from the path and if I come across any obstacles it’s my choice to go over or around them! I love to do the non-ordinary things in life, but most of all enjoy the things I love. In my case that’s sports and adventure!

With this shape I became #vice #worldchampion #fitnessmodel #am ... thx again @ulrichoehmen for the great picture 🙏🏽 im grateful for the opportunities that i get because thx to my job! As it started as random sports and became a full time job! Does the shape matter to any sport you do? No...! You have to have the shape that you feel good in so you can be you. 👊 I’ve achieved this shape with a great team behind me. A grow back to the WBFF WORLDS and where I had the opportunity to shoot with @ulrichoehmen 📸! I did how ever get this shape with a lot of cardio but lots of it 2 to 3 sessions a day EA of 40 Min in the correct heartbeat zone for me. And then my food was functional meaning the taste or the variation wasn’t my prio but the goal was! I had a great guidance by @tiborphysique 🙏. As a all round athlete training from the age 11 and now 35 years I know my body best how it will react to what type of training and what type of food and here for it’s important to have a good communication with your coach📡! I made a lot of trial and error before getting the wanted results! My point don’t give up! Work for it, learn from it and all that kinda motivating words, eventually it’s YOU that needs to do the work!
