I can't describe the feeling after a run. The feeling of accomplishment, knowing I gave it my all, knowing I ran through the pain. It's a runners high you have to experience to understand. 💥 I train with a altitude mask from @trainingmask and my functional gear from @venum . My lungs still ain’t functioning as it should be but with the mask I’m building progress and as I monitor my heart beat and always try to make progress with running at Km/Min to get to my goals to run the @brusselsmarathon to support @sobelgium 🥰
