Today was a new day! Started with a full recovery training for my ankle, followed by a full body training. All of this in a gym that reflects with my Technogym experience. Woodsclub is a gym fully furbished with the functional equipment of #technogym. I must say the interior is worthy of its name, it beautifully furbished with wood everywhere. A nice steambath after my workout what else can you wish for? Just one more thing can make my day, a nice tasty and refreshing tea from @ddrinksbelux for full hydratation after a good workout!
