My body is a tool⚙️, and that’s why I train it depending on what comes my way or what my goal is. I’ve learned that, if you plan and develop goals, you can achieve more. And sometimes you can’t do this alone and you have to dare to ask others for help. Nobody❌ is perfect and able to do everything by themselves. Others always have a different view on what you see or even how you see it. I’ve worked many years in the dark to get to the point that I can shine in the light! I’ve been training since I was 11 years! This from martial arts and many more all round sports from civilian to military to competitions! And I am glad to be at the point I am now. Happy to announce that I will be going to the #wbffworlds as a #fitnessmodel ! It’s a big thing for me to participate this 💥 prestigious 💥 competition of the @wbff_official in #LasVegas !
