When you add a stress factor for your body in a training you will always get a better result than keeping it in a comfort zone! There is no easy way to get results, you have to work for it! Even if its a hard way to get! in this case ive added two stressfactors limiting my oxygen and added a cold temp to my body when doing a High intensity interval training HIIT.
