#getyourabs get it on point with some basic exercises that you can easily do at home! You just do 10 leg raises / 10 leg raised circulations / 20 flutter kicks / 15 long arm crunches / 10 side plank rotations and 10 side bridges and then have 30 sec rest and make it burn for 4 sets!
